Replacement statuette for damaged/broken awards.
Send the damaged/broken statue (and all the pieces) to our attention at 24 Lavender Court, Dallas, GA 30132. Please note: We can only replace statues awarded in the Southeast chapter. $350 includes engraving and shipping.
Please note that orders will not be processed until receipt of damaged statuette.
Only persons listed on a certified entry are eligible for a statuette. Emmy® Awards are presented to individuals, not to their employers. It is the individual entrant’s achievement that is being judged and recognized, even if an employer pays entry fees.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Southeast EMMY® Chapter has depleted its inventory of the original rectangle-based regional EMMY® statuettes. Our vendor has stopped production and we are unable to secure any new rectangle-based statuettes for use as replacements. In the event your original rectangle-based EMMY® statuette is broken, we can only offer the new round-based regional EMMY® statuettes as a replacement.

Statuettes, plaques, and all other orders take approximately 8-10 weeks for delivery. Please wait until after 6 weeks to check on order status as orders are processed through a separate venue.
